Shipping, returns & support

Shipping

Physical products usually take 2–5 business days to prepare before dispatch. This is handling time, not delivery time. Custom and oversized items may need a different timeframe, which we’ll confirm before you order.

Shipping depends on the product and selected size. Listed delivery rates range from A$7–A$15 for Australia and New Zealand, and A$10–A$30 internationally. Delivery charges for your item and destination will be confirmed before payment. Contact us for oversized items or combined shipping.

Digital STL products do not require shipping. After payment, we send the download link by email or message within 12–24 hours, depending on time zones.

Returns & replacements

For a change of mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. Return the item unused and in its original condition. You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. After we receive and check the returned item, we’ll arrange the replacement or a full refund of the returned item’s price.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us with your order details and photos. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of our 14-day policy. Where we confirm a fault, we cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by law.

For a problem with a digital file, contact us so we can help. Australian Consumer Law rights also apply to digital products.

Privacy

We use information you provide, including contact details, delivery addresses and order details, to answer enquiries, fulfil purchases and provide customer support. Payment processing will be handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Our website uses Cloudflare hosting and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and reliable operation. Information may be processed outside Australia by service providers. We keep business records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to raise a privacy concern.
